1 What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept payments through Paystack, which supports debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (where available). All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
2 How do I reset my password? +
Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a password reset link. If you don’t receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
3 Are my payment details secure? +
Yes. We do not store your debit card details, mobile money PINs, or bank account information. All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway that uses bank-level security encryption.
4 How long do I have access to purchased materials? +
You have lifetime access to all materials you’ve purchased. This includes updates to the content and any additional practice questions added to the courses you own.
5 Can I access materials on multiple devices? +
Yes, you can access your account and materials on any device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with an internet connection. However, you can only be logged in on one device at a time.
6 Do you offer refunds? +
All sales on Licensure Hub are final. Once payment is successfully completed and access to CBT exams, practice questions, or any digital content is granted, refunds will not be issued. Read more from the refund policy page.
7 How often are exam questions updated? +
We update our question bank yearly to reflect changes in licensure exams and incorporate feedback from recent test-takers. Subscribers receive these updates automatically.
8 Can I download materials for offline use? +
Currently, our platform is web-based and requires an internet connection. We’re working on offline features and will announce when they become available.
9 What makes your platform different from others? +
Our platform offers Computer-Based Test (CBT) simulations that closely mimic actual licensure exams, personalized progress tracking, and content created by licensed professionals who have successfully passed the exams.

Your dashboard includes detailed analytics showing your performance across different subjects, time spent studying, and improvement over time. You can also see how you compare to other users.
11 Are there any free trial options? +
Yes, we offer a limited free trial that includes access to a sample exam, course and a few practice questions. This allows you to experience our platform before making a purchase.
12 What if I encounter technical issues during an exam? +
Our system automatically saves your progress every 30 seconds. If you experience technical issues, simply log back in and resume where you left off. For persistent issues, contact support immediately.
13 How accurate are your practice exams? +
Our practice exams are developed based on official exam blueprints, recent test-taker feedback, and analysis of actual exam patterns. While we can’t guarantee exact questions, we aim to match difficulty and content areas.
14 Can I change my subscription plan? +
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Contact support for assistance with plan changes.
15 What happens if I fail my licensure exam? +
While we provide comprehensive preparation materials, exam success depends on individual effort. If you don’t pass, you’ll maintain access to our materials to continue preparing for your next attempt.
16 Do you offer study schedules or plans? +
Yes, we provide customizable study plans based on your exam date and available study time. These plans are accessible from your dashboard after purchase.
17 How do I know which materials are right for my exam? +
Our platform categorizes materials by specific licensure exams. When you sign up, you can select your target exam, and we’ll show you the relevant courses and practice tests.
18 Are instructors available for questions? +
While we don’t offer one-on-one tutoring, you can submit questions through our Q&A section, and our team of experts responds within 48 hours.
19 How do I delete my account? +
To delete your account, contact our support team with your request. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data and purchased access from our system.
20 How do you handle data protection and security? +
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information, including: secure hosting environment, secure payment gateway etc.
