ABOUT THE PLATFORM
Licensure Hub is an independent online educational platform that provides unofficial practice questions and computer-based tests (CBT) for students preparing for:
- Teaching Licensure Examinations
- Nursing & Midwifery Licensure Examinations
Important Notice
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Teaching Council (NTC), the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), or any official examination body.
ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, OR
- You are using the platform with the consent of a parent, guardian, or institution
- You are legally capable of entering into this agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
To access CBT exams and paid content, you must create an account.
You agree that:
- You will provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- You will not share your account with another person
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be shared may be terminated without refund.
USE OF CONTENT (VERY IMPORTANT)
All content on this platform, including:
- Questions
- Answers
- CBT structure
- Explanations
- Website design
is the intellectual property of Licensure Hub or its contributors.
You are NOT allowed to:
- Copy or reproduce questions
- Record screens during CBT exams
- Screenshot, download, or redistribute content
- Sell or share content on WhatsApp, Telegram, or any platform
Violation of this rule may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent ban
- Possible legal action
EXAM DISCLAIMER
- All exams are practice CBTs, not official exams
- Content is created for revision and learning purposes only
- We do not guarantee exam success
- Performance depends on individual preparation and effort
PAYMENTS & PRICING
- All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Paystack)
- We do not store your payment details
Once payment is successful:
- Access to lessons or CBT exams is granted immediately
- The purchase is considered completed
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access after payment:
All sales are final
Refunds will not be issued once access to CBT exams or content has been granted, except:
- In cases of proven technical failure caused by our platform
Any refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
CBT EXAM RULES
When taking CBT exams on our platform:
- Exams are timed
- Attempts may be limited
- Page refresh, tab switching, or unusual activity may auto-submit the exam
- Results are final once submitted
We are not responsible for:
- Internet disruptions
- Power outages
- Device issues on the user’s side
SUSPENSION & TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Restrict access to content
- Deny future access
If a user:
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in piracy
- Shares accounts
- Attempts to compromise exam integrity
Termination may occur without notice and without refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensure Hub shall not be liable for:
- Exam outcomes
- Loss of data due to user error
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Decisions made based on our content
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our platform may use third-party services such as:
- Payment processors
- Hosting providers
- Analytics tools
We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
